Our Approach

Sleep challenges are often best resolved by taking a holistic perspective. We take a science-based approach, examining factors including physiological data, sleep associations, nutrition, lifestyle, sleep environment, underlying medical conditions, emotional and mental stressors and more.

We work with adults, infants and children of all ages.

What Clients Say

When I first sought help, I was waking multiple times each night without understanding why. I would wake each morning feeling exhausted and struggle to remain alert for much of the day. Given an opportunity it was quite possible for me to put my head down for a quick nap in the day only to wake up 3 hours later! All of this was obviously having a negative effect on my life and I wasn't able to explain to anyone why I felt this way. It all went on for so long that I started to think it was just a normal part of getting older and having a stressful job as well as small children.

When Dot started working with me, she helped me to understand that there were underlying issues that were causing my sleep problems. She was able to suggest many different things that I could change or introduce to help me to develop a more regular sleep routine. The changes were all broken down into small parts and introduced over a period of a month which made adapting to them easier to accomplish. Dot also helped me to keep a diary of my daytime routine and sleeping patterns which enabled me to spot some patterns with my sleep issues in relation to my daytime habits.

Working with Dot has been very helpful to me and has improved my sleep and reduced my daytime exhaustion. I'd definitely recommend Dot's services to anyone who is struggling with sleep issues and/or daytime exhaustion.
