All references to “The 41st Wink” or “the sleep consultant” herein refers to The 41st Wink and/or Dorota (Wysocka) Bradshaw. By accepting services from The 41st Wink, including but not limited to my child’s customised sleep plan:

  • I agree to follow safe sleeping practices in line with the AAP and WHO recommendations.

  • I agree to seek the advice of a doctor or other qualified health practitioner regarding any matters that may require medical attention or diagnosis.

  • I agree to disclose any medical condition the client may have to the sleep consultant.


  • I understand that the sleep assessment and any related guidance is customised for the client and should be kept confidential.

  • I agree that any changes made to sleep, eating or other related arrangements are my decision. The sleep consultant makes suggestions for change but I am responsible for implementation and the associated results.


  • I agree to implement the customised sleep guidance in a timely manner. If not, a reactivation fee may be required for any necessary re-evaluation and amendments to the sleep guidance.


  • I understand that under normal circumstances, the sleep consultant will try to respond to communications within 24 hours. I understand that the sleep consultant does not ordinarily work on weekends and some public holidays and that the sleep consultant will try to respond to correspondence received on those days on the next working day unless otherwise agreed.


  • I understand that if the sleep consultant does not hear from me for a period of time, or if I miss a prearranged call / meeting time, they will assume that all is going well and that no further support is required.


  • I agree that sanitised details of the client engagement may be used by The 41st Wink for case studies and / or marketing & promotional efforts. Please note that no identifying information will be used without permission.
